Neutrix Cloud is offered as a managed cloud. Each cloud services are provided with monitored health checks, planned maintenance, improvement and optimization 24×7 by Neutrix Cloud. Customers can start using the cloud without having to learn cloud infrastructure expertise.
Computing constantly monitors server resources (CPU utilization and MEM utilization) across the entire compute infrastructure and expands compute resources when it exceeds predetermined state.
The network constantly monitors network traffic and server resources (CPU utilization and MEM utilization) for virtual network (VCN) for the entire service platform, and reinforces the network and expands servers when predetermined state exceeds.
Storage and cloud-connected storage constantly monitors storage resources (disk volume utilization and performance) and public cloud network across the service infrastructure to manage resources, and expand storage resources when predetermined state are exceeded.

Neutrix Cloud offers IT managed services, SaaS IT management platform, and OpsRamp as free services with subscription.
By signing up for OpsRamp, you can deploy OpsRamp Gateway on your contacted resource pool.
OpsRamp provides device monitoring, alert management, incident management, and remote-control access to the virtual servers and virtual appliances in your resource pool.
Monthly charge for OpsRamp is based on the number of eligible devices and instances. Neutrix Cloud enables customers to monitor using OpsRamp. You can choose between operation performed by yourself or by the MSP provider. Neutrix Cloud provides customers to monitor their own operation with OpsRamp monitoring, but we can also offer other MSP providers who monitors managed service using OpsRamp.
